Automation and AI
Business process automation, with AI where it earns its place
We find the manual work that eats your team's week, automate it with Power Automate and AI agents and set clear rules for how staff use AI. We already run the Microsoft 365 platform most of that work happens in, so every automation is secured and supported like the rest of your IT.

01Where the time goes
Signs a process is ready to automate
The best candidates are frequent, rule based and dull. Most teams can name three straight away.
- 01
The same data is keyed in twice
Invoices arrive by email and someone retypes them into the accounting system. Web forms get copied into the CRM by hand.
FixA Power Automate flow that reads the email or form and creates the record, with a person checking anything unusual.
- 02
Approvals stall in inboxes
Purchase orders, leave and expense requests wait for someone to notice an email. Nobody can see where each one is up to.
FixApprovals in Teams or Outlook with reminders, an escalation path and a record of who approved what.
- 03
Staff paste client data into free AI tools
People use whatever AI tool they found. Nobody knows where the data goes or what the business allows.
FixApproved AI tools, a written AI use policy and short training so staff know what may go in.
- 04
A key process runs on one person's flow
A flow built under someone's own account sends payroll reminders or onboards new clients. When that person leaves, it stops.
FixFlows owned by a service account, documented and monitored, then checked whenever someone leaves.
02What we automate
Automation and AI you can support
We build on Microsoft 365 first, because most of your data and people already work there. Where another tool fits better, we say so.
Workflows and approvals
Power Automate flows across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and your business apps, from simple notifications to approvals with several steps.
Documents and email
Invoices, forms and emails read and turned into records, with AI handling the messy parts and a person checking exceptions.
AI agents
Copilot Studio agents that answer staff or customer questions from your own policies and documents and hand over to a person when they should.
Business app connections
Connectors between Microsoft 365 and your line of business systems. Where coded integration is needed, our software development team builds it.
AI use policy and governance
Approved tools, a written policy on what staff may put into AI and a record of which automations make decisions about people.
Training and support
Practical sessions for the people who use and own each automation, documentation of every workflow and support through our service desk.
03The automation review
What the automation review covers
A short, fixed scope look at three to five manual processes. You get a shortlist ranked by time saved, with a fixed quote for each workflow.
- 01The work itself
How often each process runs, how long it takes and where mistakes creep in, measured with the people who do it.
- 02Systems and licences
Where the data lives, which connectors exist and whether your Microsoft 365 licences cover the build.
- 03People and privacy
Whether the process uses personal information or makes decisions about people. If it does, we agree who approves what the automation does.
- 04A ranked shortlist
Estimated hours saved for each candidate, the risks and a fixed quote, so you can start with the one that pays back first.

Rules we build in from the start
The Australian Government's Guidance for AI Adoption, released in October 2025, sets out six practices for using AI responsibly. We use it as our checklist and keep the controls practical.
| Risk | What can go wrong | What we set up |
|---|---|---|
| Automated decisions about people | From 10 December 2026, organisations covered by the Privacy Act that use personal information in automated decisions which could affect people's rights or interests must explain this in their privacy policy | A record of which automations use personal information or make decisions, so your privacy policy can describe them accurately |
| Staff use of AI tools | Client or staff data pasted into tools the business has not approved | Approved tools, a written AI use policy and training |
| Who owns an automation | A flow stops when the person who built it leaves | Service accounts, documentation and a named owner for every flow |
| What an agent can see | An agent answers with information the user should not see | Permissions checked first and each agent limited to named sources |
| Human oversight | Nobody notices when an automation gets something wrong | A person approves decisions that matter, with logs of what ran and when |
We handle the technical controls and records. Interpretation of the Privacy Act sits with your legal advisers.
05How it works
From first review to a working flow
Start small, prove the time saved, then decide what comes next.
- Step 1
Automation review
We map three to five manual processes with your team and check the systems, licences and privacy questions involved.
- Step 2
Shortlist and fixed quote
You get the candidates ranked by hours saved, with a fixed quote for each workflow.
- Step 3
Build and test
We build the first workflow and run it alongside the current process until your team is happy with the results.
- Step 4
Monitor and support
Flows are documented and monitored. Our service desk handles changes and failures from then on.

The platform your automations run on
Automations are only as safe as the tenant, identities and data underneath them. This is the work we already do for WA businesses.

08Questions
Automation and AI questions
What owners and managers ask before they start. Anything else, call 1300 787 429.
01How much does automation cost?
Each workflow gets a fixed quote after the automation review, based on the systems involved and how many exceptions it must handle. Simple approval and notification flows cost far less than document processing or AI agents. If a workflow needs an extra licence, we tell you before you commit.
02Do we need licences beyond Microsoft 365?
Sometimes. Microsoft says licences across Microsoft 365 include a limited set of Power Automate capabilities. Workflows that need more use Power Automate Premium, a standalone licence per user. AI agents may need their own licensing. We check your licences during the review so there are no surprises.
03Is our data safe with AI tools?
It depends on the tool and the setup. We build inside your Microsoft 365 tenant where we can, check permissions before an agent goes live and limit each agent to named sources. A written AI use policy tells staff which tools are approved and what may go into them.
04What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Copilot and an AI agent?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an assistant inside Word, Outlook, Teams and other apps that helps each person with their own work. An agent is built for one job, such as answering policy questions or sorting incoming requests. It can also take actions in a process. Copilot readiness has its own page: see Microsoft 365 Copilot.
05How long does a first workflow take, and will it disrupt staff?
The review sets out dates for each workflow. Simple flows are quick. Document processing and agents take longer because they need testing on real examples. We run each new flow alongside the current process until your team trusts it.
06We already have an IT person. Why use you?
Your IT person keeps everything running day to day. Automation needs time to map processes, then build, test and document each flow with the right security around it. We work alongside your IT person and hand over the documentation.
