How the documents fit together
Your proposal is the starting point. It contains your Pricing Schedule and scope, and names the documents and versions that form your agreement with us. If documents conflict and cannot be read together, they apply in this order:
- 1The Pricing Schedule in your proposal
- 2The scope in your proposal and any further documents attached to it
- 3The Master Managed Services Agreement, including its appendices
The Voice Services Schedule and the AustinCloud Hosting Services Terms apply when your proposal includes those services, and each sets out its own order of precedence.
Current versions and changes
We provide at least 30 days written notice for material changes to the MSA, SLA and Rate Card. The version and effective date in your proposal apply to your agreement.
