What kind of projects do you take on?

Office moves and fit outs, server and cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint rollouts, network upgrades, reporting and automation. thyssenkrupp alone has had more than 100 projects delivered since 2016.

Do you work on fixed price projects?

Yes. Once the scope is agreed you get a fixed price and timeline before work starts. If the scope changes, we quote the change before doing it.

Do we need to be a managed client first?

No. We take on projects for businesses we do not already support. Projects do move faster when we know your environment, which is one reason many project clients stay on for support.

Where do we start with AI?

Start with your processes. We find repetitive, rule based work, test automation or AI on a small pilot and measure the result before a wider rollout. If you use Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the first step.

What is the difference between data reporting and Power BI?

Data reporting is the groundwork: bringing data together, cleaning it and deciding what to measure. Power BI is the tool we usually use to present it as live dashboards.

How do you keep projects on track?

A clear scope, one project lead and regular updates in plain language. Risks and dependencies are set out at the start, and the handover into support is planned from day one.
